We’ve been using Master Boarding for over 10 years, and they continue to exceed our expectations. Recently, I forgot to call ahead to make sure my dogs’ vaccination records were on file before boarding. When I contacted our vet, they told me that Master Boarding had already reached out and obtained the records themselves the day before.
That level of attention and care gave me so much peace of mind. Instead of making my oversight a problem, they handled it proactively and professionally.

The two staff people were pleasant and competent and helped us to feel comfortable leaving our sweet dog. Everything was in order and easy to understand expectations and when we picked our dog up at the end of her three-week stay, our dog was calm snd nicely groomed. We appreciate all of it and we will board our dog there again. Thank you.
