“I haven’t even had an appointment here yet, but looking into fees and estimates for my dog, I have already called for other places, and this one was the nicest at answering my questions I made out of upfront answers, but Kim was extremely nice and so upfront and honest about not being able to give me a quote without seeing my dog.
