After dealing with 3 sets of Home Depot delivery employees (we received 2 faulty dishwashers and finally got a refund and went with Best Buy instead), these men were a breath of fresh air. The entire interaction was positive, from start to finish.

From their warm smiles when I opened the door, to ensuring the front door shut whenever they came in or out (who knew this wasn’t a common practice??), to carefully placing the new dishwasher so that our hardwood floors weren’t damaged, cleaning up all of the packaging trash, etc, they were kind and considerate the entire interaction.“
