Cannot say enough good things about this place! My dryer went out last week. D&D got a technician to come out immediately (same day), diagnosed the issue, & got my dryer back up & running in less than a week. Trey, the appliance technician, was knowledgeable, kind, & swift with getting everything taken care of. He even came out to my house after hours because I don’t get off work until 6:00 PM, an hour after they close. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Thank you D&D!
When I called, the gentleman was quick to answer and it seemed like he was owner\repairman himself. So I was able to ask him my questions directly vs waiting for a callback.
What I requested wasn't a service he offered and he was very honest, upfront and kind about letting me know and even recommended who might be best to help.
Whole interaction took less than 3 minutes and I got all my answers and could move forward. Very appreciated.
