“The honesty of Penn and Sons is why I continue to use them. The service is excellent, they don't make promises they can't keep and I feel like they won't do extra work just to make a buck. One local company quoted me on a new HVAC unit, agreeing to "work with me" on the deductible. Penn and Sons came in and fixed it on the first call for $300; a far cry from a new unit. Second repair - less than a hundred bucks. They are local to Benton and at least for our family, they have been trustworthy.“

“I cannot say enough good things about C&C! My air conditioning unit went out late Saturday afternoon. Called them & a technician was out to check on it first thing on Sunday. The issue was quickly diagnosed. They did not have the part in stock & would have to order it. The technician explained the situation and made sure I was aware of the final cost of the repair before he ordered the part. (Something I greatly appreciated!)My air was up & running early Thursday afternoon. I have been & will continue to be a satisfied customer of C&C!
