I cannot say enough good things about C&C! My air conditioning unit went out late Saturday afternoon. Called them & a technician was out to check on it first thing on Sunday. The issue was quickly diagnosed. They did not have the part in stock & would have to order it. The technician explained the situation and made sure I was aware of the final cost of the repair before he ordered the part. (Something I greatly appreciated!)My air was up & running early Thursday afternoon. I have been & will continue to be a satisfied customer of C&C! Such amazing service. Our heat went out overnight on the coldest night of the year and they were here first thing to get it fixed & instead of freezing over Christmas we are warm and safe! So very thankful for C & C!

After leaving messages with 2 other HVAC services & never getting a response, a neighbor recommended C&C. I called them & got a return call from a technician within 2 hours. He arrived when he said he would, found the problem within minutes, replaced the defective part, thoroughly cleaned the unit & had it back up & running in less than 30 minutes. The technician was professional, friendly, & obviously highly skilled. I will be a customer from now on.
