I purchased the annual maintenance contract and just had the spring maintenance done. I received a call that the technician, Zach, was on the way, then he arrived exactly at the time scheduled. He performed the spring maintenance by checking electrical connections, cleaning the outdoor condenser coil, etc. Zach reviewed the work he completed and the plan for ensuring my HVAC is in great working conditions for years to come. I was very pleased with this experience.
I wish all my home service contractors were like Tom Rechtin Heating and Air. Dave the service manager made sure Zach the actual service rep showed up for the time I requested. Zach was very proactive in answering all my questions in regards to my AC and Furnace. Zach was friendly yet professional as I in addition to having my AC spring service check up I had an Ecobee thermostat installed by Zach. Zach was patient explaining how the thermostat controls worked which I appreciated as I'm technically challenged. I would recommend Zach or any of the service reps to anyone. I've been working with Rechtin for over 20 years, and they have never let me down. Had a service call today for A/C that wasn't up to snuff. Less than 24 hours from call to appointment, the tech dealt with a few small issues and suggested cleaning the condenser coils. The whole bill was $129.
