The response time was great. I called on a Sunday and the service tech. (Adam) arrived within 15 minutes. He found the capacitor to be bad. He did not have the exact capacitor in his truck but installed a temporary capacitor until he could get the correct one the next day. He arrived the next day early and within 10 minutes he had the capacitors switched out. While he was there he checked out the entire air conditioning system.
This was the most in depth experience I have ever received from any other company. They went into what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Not only did they get done what they needed, you learned a hell of a lot whilst they perfected it. It was truly an amazing experience and they were extremely kind. Thank you
