We called Kiefer A/C on Friday evening July 3 because our a/c stopped cooling (in 90 degree weather). We called so many companies for help and no one would come until the following Monday, except Kiefer A/C! Their service technician came the next morning, July 4th. Fortunately our a/c problem was an easy fix for the service tech so he fixed the problem and left without charging us. Who does that, especially on a holiday???? Kiefer Air Conditioning does!!! Do not hesitate to call Kiefer Air Conditioning for all of your heating and air conditioning needs!. They really care!
Kiefer Heating And air has been handling all of the HVAC maintenance in my Covington apartments for more than a decade. I know most of the office staff, and they know me by name. I appreciate that kind of relationship with a contractor. They have always been fast, reliable, and reasonably priced. They have helped me with everything from annual systems checks to repairs to full system replacements. They schedule directly with my tenants for access, and they’ve never been less than patient or kind if for some reason access doesn’t work out and they have to go back a second time. I highly recommend this company.
I call request service; receive immediate response no waiting 24-48 hours for service. Service personnel fully explain what they did and answer questions. I have and will continue to refer Kiefer Hearing & Air Conditioning, LLC.
