As someone with fibromyalgia, I’m very cautious about getting massages because too much pressure can leave me in more pain. From the moment I arrived, Nick listened to my concerns and tailored the session to exactly what my body needed. He has been very knowledgeable, gentle, and always checks in throughout the massage to make sure I am comfortable.
After my session, I felt noticeably less tense and more relaxed without the usual flare-up I worry about. Nick has a wonderful way of listening to not only what muscles need attention, but how your life is going and how you are overall. He has slightly changes my massages every time, and is absolutely fantastic.
