I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Polar Bear Heating & Air. My technicians, Travis (lead) and Jonathon, arrived right on time at 9 AM to install a new 9,000 BTU mini-split system in my bedroom. When they realized they needed a few extra materials partway through the job, they made a trip to Lowe’s without hesitation to make sure everything was done right rather than cutting corners.
The install itself was flawless — both the indoor and outdoor units look clean and professional, and they clearly took pride in the details. When they finished around 6:30 PM, they cleaned up so thoroughly it looked like they’d never been there.

Jonathan and Travis, where here on time, did a really good job, cleaned my AC unit outside and cleaned the inside too.
I can’t say enough about how well this company handled my a/c replacement, from start to finish. All of the office staff as well as the servicemen, specifically Travis and Anthony, were awesome. When I called about my a/c having issues, they had someone out to the house the next day. My new system was in shortly after. Polar Bear has been super helpful and responsive at every turn and I will recommend them to everyone!
