“I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Polar Bear Heating & Air. My technicians, Travis (lead) and Jonathon, arrived right on time at 9 AM to install a new 9,000 BTU mini-split system in my bedroom. When they realized they needed a few extra materials partway through the job, they made a trip to Lowe’s without hesitation to make sure everything was done right rather than cutting corners.
The install itself was flawless — both the indoor and outdoor units look clean and professional, and they clearly took pride in the details. When they finished around 6:30 PM, they cleaned up so thoroughly it looked like they’d never been there.
Before they left, thru walked me through how to use the remote control and gave me genuinely useful maintenance tips — like wiping down the indoor unit’s blades with vinegar periodically to prevent mold buildup. That kind of follow-through and education is exactly what you want from a company you’re trusting with your home.
