“Curtis LITERALLY saved my life and my neighbors letting us know that there was a gas leak in our basement today!! It's stressful enough to not have utilities that should be included with an apartment and we have been waiting 6 days on a new hot water tank. Curtis has kept us more up-to-date than the landlord has and Curtis is the only one that got through to my landlord letting him know that there was a gas leak. He's so friendly so personable and has helped us so much in these last several days that we have been waiting to get our hot water tank hooked back up.
