Lance and Richard came to my house early yesterday morning because I had water backed into my washer. They worked using a drain snake and checking my pipes for 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the problem was in my line and he was not able to help me. He did not charge me for a house call and said he couldn’t because he couldn’t help me and hated to give me bad news. I had an emergency with my elderly parents home and even though he was busy he went over due to a "handy man" taking advantage of them. He was in and out in less than 2 hours for only a little amount more than they had already spent over 3 days with it still not fixed. Great communication, great guy! 100% recommend!
