Our tech who came out to check our water heater was top notch. Called us 10 minutes out to check our availability and showed up to the minute. Very prompt, very professional, very helpful, very impressive.

I have used API for years for my heating/cooling units, and more recently I have used their plumbing services. I have had 4 different employees at my home, and they are all very professional and nice. They are responsive after hours and for emergencies. I cannot recommend them enough.

Can’t say enough good things about how not only responsive but professional API was in getting in to help with my furnace issue this morning, only hours after giving them a call. Not only great service but also helpful in understanding the issues that could occur and how I might be able to resolve them myself if something did go wrong in the future. API is always my first go to and definitely recommend this great company for any HVAC related issues in the future!
