API came out for a warranty service on our old unit. Jordan was completely professional and seemed to care about doing a good job. He even used the hose to clean behind our unit, a pretty dirty spot we had missed. A past tech (NOT API) had done some questionable wiring, Jordan caught it and fixed it. The unit is running more efficiently now, which is all I can ask for. Thank you API, and thank you Jordan 👊
