Kelton answers my questions and has explained what he is doing - this is much appreciated. I know all this stuff can be pricey, but the key point is I don’t feel gouged on the cost. Good experience.“
“We have used Scott-Sullivan Inc for AC issues twice now with our older unit. First was back in 2020, they came the same day we called and had the issue fixed within a couple hours (only took this long because they had to take a part back to the shop to do something with it). The second instance was this morning. We called them around 7:45am, they made it to our house by 8:45, and they fixed our issue all by 9:30am. They are extremely professional, honest, and the timeliness has been top notch. Pricing has been very reasonable as well.
