“i saw Sam and he was so sweet, informative, and easy to talk to. he really knows what he’s doing and talks you through everything, explains what he’s doing, allows time for any questions, and was constantly asking me if the pressure was okay. i’ve never really had a massage therapist do that, and i’m someone who has trouble speaking up if something is wrong. Sam put me perfectly at ease and i felt comfortable voicing any concerns or giving feedback as needed. the front desk staff was also very friendly and accommodated me even though i got my appointment time wrong at first. thank you guys for a great experience, i’ll be back!“
