Lydia was very friendly and provided an exceptional and professional experience. I will definitely be scheduling with her again. She made me feel comfortable and the facility and room was clean. I got Brazilian wax, full leg wax and armpit wax. She used a hard wax and after the appointment I felt normal with no discomfort or pain.
After OVER 3 weeks of calling, leaving messages and trying to get into the location that has newly opened near Glenmary in Fern Creek. They didn't seem to matter that I was coming in as a new customer I was going to need several services and this was my first time, they told me that I would have to come at least four times to have each service performed which puzzled me because I would have to come four times every 4 weeks just to have the hair growth somewhat similar.The Ruby Lane location did all services that same day.
