Massage Envy offers a range of services including massage, skin care, and total body stretch to promote total body wellness and a healthy lifestyle. Customers have reported excellent experiences, citing wonderful therapists and excellent customer service from the front desk staff. Therapists like Karen and Rick have been praised for their professionalism, kindness, and ability to tailor their services to individual needs. However, some customers have been disappointed by unexpected price increases and discrepancies between advertised and actual treatment lengths. Overall, Massage Envy appears to provide high-quality services, but may benefit from clearer communication and pricing.
This place was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the staff made the whole experience relaxing and easy. Christa really listened to what I needed going in and adjusted her pressure and technique throughout to make sure it was exactly right. She’s clearly skilled and pays attention to detail. I left feeling completely relaxed and worked out. Highly recommend booking with Christa if you’re looking for a great massage experience!
i saw Sam and he was so sweet, informative, and easy to talk to. he really knows what he’s doing and talks you through everything, explains what he’s doing, allows time for any questions, and was constantly asking me if the pressure was okay. i’ve never really had a massage therapist do that, and i’m someone who has trouble speaking up if something is wrong. Sam put me perfectly at ease and i felt comfortable voicing any concerns or giving feedback as needed. the front desk staff was also very friendly and accommodated me even though i got my appointment time wrong at first. thank you guys for a great experience, i’ll be back!
My visit at Massage Envy was an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in the door until the time I left, everyone provided excellent customer service. Rick provided a perfect massage and concentrated on the areas I requested. And the front desk staff were very personable and professional. I will return!
