Had a bad clog in our plumbing. The crew arrived promptly and found the issue was roots in our sewer lines. They took care of our issue and were super easy to work with and talk to. Definitely have our business from now on. Top notch customer service!

Had a septic tank backup at our church during an event on a Saturday afternoon. All the local septic services were closed on Saturdays, so we called Andrus and they had someone come out. Keep in mind our church is an hour away from their facility, so we’re so thankful they came out and gave us a VERY reasonable price!!!

Well we are new homeowners and we are new to having a septic tank. The guy we bought the home from is amazing and left us all of the info on the house. So we know that our septic tank was pumped less than two years ago. However we seen a spot in the yard that was more of a puddle than the rest of the yard. So we thought we would check our tank, upon looking (we don’t know anything about it really) we thought maybe it was full (it’s actually at working level). So I called and spoke with Mary Andrus and told her our concerns and that it was pumped less than two years ago.
