Absolutely wonderful studio. The management, instructors, helpers and students are all like a big family. The support and guidance that Michael and Jamie offer the kids during class is unmatched & inspiring. They teach the perfect mix of fun, support, discipline, movement and strength. They help kids of every level to make small improvements every day and work with the kids to overcome any obstacles they have. Everyone is incredibly nice and there is no pressure. Also, the older students are all very accomplished martial artists with multiple medals and competition wins across the world.
