Absolutely wonderful studio. The management, instructors, helpers and students are all like a big family. The support and guidance that Michael and Jamie offer the kids during class is unmatched & inspiring. They teach the perfect mix of fun, support, discipline, movement and strength. They help kids of every level to make small improvements every day and work with the kids to overcome any obstacles they have. Everyone is incredibly nice and there is no pressure. Also, the older students are all very accomplished martial artists with multiple medals and competition wins across the world. I was a bit intimidated to start MMA, but this studio made me feel welcome from day one. The instructors are incredibly patient and take the time to break down techniques step-by-step, which is great for someone with no previous experience. The classes are challenging but supportive, and there’s a real 'family vibe' here rather than an intimidating 'fighter' atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking to try something new! They have a more of a Dutch style kickboxing system which is awesome because I love throwing hands! BEST in NKY!
There is a reason this studio is voted Best of NKY 4 years in a row! The atmosphere here is incredible it feels like a true community, not just a business. The instructors and I are patient, highly skilled, and wonderful with children, focusing on discipline and confidence just as much as technique. I love teaching and training here!
