These are the best trained teachers in town. They teach with an open heart and practice themselves so they know what they’re doing. You will really see a difference if you just try one class. They also have yoga therapy available by Amber Davey and she is absolutely superlative.
Yoga Central is an absolute gem. They truly take a personalized approach to every class, ensuring that each session is tailored to the individual’s level of experience and ability. The instructors are incredibly attentive and focus on creating a strong mind-body connection, which has made a huge difference in my practice. Yoga Central is a caring and nurturing studio environment and a great place to make new friends and develop a yoga practice both on and off the mat. I felt embraced by the warmth and compassion of both the teacher and the students and I easily assimilated into the group, even as a newbie and stranger. The work is based in mindful movement and the personal attention given to each participant is helpful and insightful--making for an experience beneficial to body, mind and soul. Social and intentional, this is a great place for a regular and consistent practice.
