I arrive at my scheduled time, and braider is in the middle of doing another clients hair. I come back at a later time and halfway through my hair she decided that she needed to grab dinner for her kids. Not only was she gone for an hour, but she left the kids with ME to babysit. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of clients time. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. I’m done with this shop!

The first time I got my hair braided they tried that scam of making me pay more than what was discussed but I don’t have any problem voicing my opinion so they moved on from that real quick! Don’t let them lie to you.
The second time, I made an appointment mid week and arrived on the weekend and no one was working! My appointment was at 9 AM. I waited in round until 915 and then someone finally got back to me after I called several times to let me know that they forgot to call me and that they went out of town isn’t that nice? Then she rescheduled me for the same day at 2 o’clock. I said OK because if you are a frequent braid wear like I am you already had your hair down and no back up plan I show up at 2 o’clock and it’s just like 9 o’clock no one is there no one has been there. I called the number and left several messages as well as text and they went unanswered. I went down the street and got my hair braided by someone else.

They always do a fantastic job at this shop! I’ve been coming to this same salon for over 14 years. I have never lost a braid or my edges! ???? the women are all so sweet and get you in and out. To respond to the people who complain about prices, their prices have NOT changed over the course of me going there. If they did ever go up on their prices, they deserve to. It’s still a business just like the gas prices complaining doesn’t make it go away. I would say understand you’re paying for a service and you have to pay top dollar for great service. Keep up the great work!

Disappointed. I've been a few times over the years for micros and they always change the price last minute and do smaller braids then what was requested. Wasn't able to speak with the owner but i won't be returning again.
