I love the housekeepers. They not only do an excellent job, they are friendly and professional. Office staff are friendly and work hard to accommodate any schedule changes. A great company

These people accuse callers of things that never happened. Their drivers do not follow rules of the road and the receptionists are incompetent and rude. I would never deal with them if I was a customer. The say they listened to a recording that was a few minutes long when I called back not 5 seconds later. They need to get this right and stop lying to people. I also caught them lying to me as well. At fist the second time I called the person acted like they had no idea what I was talking about and that they were not the person I was speaking too first. They messed up by telling me that they had told me the name of the company twice. That means they are the one I was on the phone with in the first place and are now just trying to cover their butts.
K.S.A. § 8-1561 Purpose: The statute exists to prevent slow drivers from creating hazards on the road. Driving significantly below the speed of traffic can cause other drivers to react abruptly, increasing the risk of collisions.
I guess next time I will just call the police and have the driver cited instead of bothering to deal with the company directly.
