It is always a joy to go to Wichita Family Vision. Everyone is so nice and take such good care of us. They do everything to make us comfortable as can be. Dr. Siler has such a delightful personality, it is impossible to be in a bad mood around her. She does impeccable work.

Everyone here was really amazing! The front desk staff, the exam staff, doctor and opticians! They were helpful and kind. I’m glad I made the switch to this vision clinic.

Prior to my appointment I had called to verify if my insurance was taken by them and after giving all of my information and all information on my insurance card I was assured my insurance would be taken by them. I went to the appointment and had a wonderful experience. About an hour after my appointment I was called to be told they do not except my insurance and that all they could do is give me a small discount and proceed to tell me it was my fault for not calling my insurance. In my opinion a true professional establishment would have suggested that in the beginning when a person is calling with concerns. Not everyone knows what to do with insurance or how it works and it seems to be taken advantage of in this situation. I believe the facility is at fault for not correctly advising or giving correct information up front. I also believe that the situation is my fault for trusting the staff

I see Dr. Stephen's, and drive across town to do so. He's everything you want in a doctor. He's knowledgeable, caring, and even has a great sense of humor. I never want to see any other eye doctor. He's the best in my opinion.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgable. Facility is very clean, bright, and pleasant. State of the art technology. Was referred here for dry eyes and already getting significant relief with the medications and treatments prescribed. Very impressed with the entire experience.
