Today I had an amazing experience with the general manager Amy. She was super helpful and assisted me with the confusion I had using the app. Her warmness shines through for her customers!

I stopped in for some last minute skin care before a trip and GM Amy was so helpful in helping me find the products that I was looking for. Later I was having issues with my card (traveling from out of state) and Amirah (hope I’m remembering her name correctly) was so patient accommodating while checking me out and helping other customers. Great care and customer service from the team during the holiday season!

I had a Happy Returns to do today & upon entering the store, I was met with a friendly greeting. The young lady who did my return was super sweet & afterwards, I went to the back of the store to look for a Matrix product I use and a THIRD girl asked if she could help me. I was totally impressed by all 3 of these young women & their willingness to help. Thank you!! What a pleasant experience!
