Based on my experience here, this store was alright for the most part. Customer service was okay; not the best nor worst. Store was neat and organized. Would maybe recommend and return.

I like the products that Ulta carries, and their staff are usually very knowledgeable. However, they are very deceptive on sale items. They'll put a sale sign and the price right in front of a particular item that looks identical to the sale item, but then tell you that's really not the item that's on sale. You have to look at the little tiny print to find what the actual item is. Then they don't have it in the store.
