I was walking through the store a couple of yrs ago, and a piece of jewelry caught my eye, Donald, the sales associate was absolutely delightful while helping me.Last year my daughter turned 13, and wanted a cross necklace, again, Donald was patient and friendly. When I mentioned that my daughter would probably never take the necklace off, he pointed out how dainty the chain is- and helped me find a thicker chain that was the right length for a 13 yr old girl. I was on a budget, so he made sure to find a sale item as well! Bill and Annie Thank you guys so much for your kind hearts and taking the time to talk to us and explain all the tiny details ?❤️ needless to say My fiance and I came out with our dream rings?? & spent way less than what we was even wanting to spend. The customer service was the greatest we have ever experienced! We will forever be loyal customers. Thank you!!!!

While we're on there. The store within the store was circuit city since both locations are closed as of 2009 in West Kellogg location until Ross took over and 2005 for the east Kellogg location
