I’ve been going into this location again frequently as of lately, but for years I lived there and it’s always the ideal experience. Despite how busy everyone always seems they make sure to make you feel welcome and let you know they are available if you need anything and then just let you shop and do what you came there to do, browse, experiment with new stuff and spend money. There is a young lady with blonde hair (usually pulled back) who works up front sometimes or on the floor who is always so sweet and easy to talk to (and actually helped me find the Magic Molecules set I was looking for). I walked around for quite some time, one of the managers saw me walking around and did not acknowledge me, rather continued texting on their cell phone and walked away from me hastily. Jersi, who was the only cashier there asked me if I found everything I needed. I told her I did not, and couldn’t find anyone to help me either. She walked me around the whole store showing me every option of what I was looking for. She went above and beyond. I didn’t expect her to help me with how understaffed they were, but she was absolutely lovely.
It seemed to be understaffed. Someone did greet us warmly when we entered and I was asked if I needed help finding anything by the same associate that greeted us. I'm only thinking it's understaffed due to the organization of some of the product displays. It has a lot of potential to be a better customer experience, as the staff were lovely. They just need more help and I'm sure Ulta can afford to pay more people to adequately staff a store.
