Hands down never shopping for sunglasses anywhere else but here because of how kind they were. Emily and Alyssa were so great with my repairs I needed from a pair I’ve had for YEARS. Definitely a happy customer here.
Great place to get glasses. Love the styles and especially the staff! Chenille in particular is so welcoming and helpful. Ask for her if you get the chance. Love her energy. Definitely going to make this my go to place for glasses!
I haven't experienced such great customer service since, well, I'm not sure when. The staff was helpful, friendly and informative. I want to give a special shout out to Chenille. She got my glasses to fit perfectly and was so patient as my wife and I looked at so many pairs of sunglasses. She was also very knowledgeable about the different brands and did I say friendly! Take not Specs management - you've got a great staff and Chenille is a super star.
