I had the tip of my left temple frame break and I needed a replacement tip, temple frame or a repair done so as to not scratch behind my ear due to the sharp area where the temple piece broke behind the ear. I had gone to various places and I was told they did not have replacements for my frames nor could it be repaired. This disappointed me since I really like my prescription eye glass frames. Well I decided to give Specs a chance and Tessa was wonderful! She did not want me to leave without giving her a chance to see if she could help since no one else could. I don't usually submit reviews but the level of professionalism that Chenille showed while helping my partner select frames all the way to quickly providing his glasses deserves recognition. This woman is going far and high, and I hope all the best for her.
Ok have to give credit and love towards this place! I have been a member for a few years now. I have had several glasses and have had different but awesome experiences.
Most recent is with Chenille. I am very indecisive and picky. She was kind all the way through. I have came in thinking I liked something, then I think about it for a few days and change my mind. Chenille has been very forward, but yet, kind about the frames I pick out. She is even great with quality control. Chenille can see little minute scratch and gets replacements order straight away. Love working with her. Has great fashion sense.
