I had my eyeglasses adjusted today by Marc. I didn’t buy the frames at Specs but that made no difference to Marc. I have been back to my obstetrician’s office twice for adjustments, but my glasses were still very loose on my face until today when Marc put his magic touch on them and now they finally fit perfectly! Thank you Marc for outstanding customer service!! 😊
Specs and the team there went above and beyond to find some hard to locate glasses for me. (Peepers Clean Slate glasses). At first the wrong pair was sent in error but they spent the extra effort to locate the right ones and put them together for me. Very good service to rectify and make right a challenge. Highly recommend them for their care and perseverance to “get it right”.
