A young man, Jasper, knocked on our door and described the services. It’s easy to be skeptical of people and the services they offer. We agreed to have them treat our ant problem. There were several ant mounds in my driveway and front yard, and I pointed them out to Jasper. He assured me that after the treatment, this would no longer be an issue. We agreed and wrote him a check. The next day we were contacted by the treatment specialist and he treated our yard. Today, I blew off my driveway and the anthills were gone! I highly recommend this company. They are not scammers. They delivered exactly what Jasper promised.

Great customer service! I appreciate that they call on a quarterly basis to make sure I get my services scheduled. Jesus has been my tech multiple times, and he is especially kind and personable.

Signature has been treating my properties for years. As a small business landlord I find pest prevention my general maintenance service I won't skip. Signature not only provides prevention but they have helped me spot other maintenance issues that the general maintenance workers/tenant do not always notice. The techs have spotted new cracks in the foundations, soggy leaves clogging down spouts causing mosquitos, and leaks in basement pipes; you name it, they will add it to their report... It's always a relief knowing their techs are walking my properties every other month. I love all their techs and office staff, hands down the best rental property pest management in all of south central Kansas!
