The sales guy I talked to initially was not as knowledgeable as I had hoped. The tech came out he was very knowledgeable and did a better job explaining what they were able to do. He explained before hand what he would do, asked about any specific problems or concerns and treated accordingly. He corrected misconceptions based off what the sales guy told me and when finished, he gave me a run-through of everything he did. He was nice and helpful.
