This review is specifically for Garen McKenzie the technician, NOT Alta as a company. Garen was very knowledgeable and very patient and did everything we had expected him to, I have not seen drastic progress since the first time they sprayed for fleas, there is a mixed reviews about them as a company, as far as being transparent and spreading correct information, I have not had them long enough to say If their product and tactics truly work, so again this 5 star review is for the technicians we just had!

Garen is a great technician! He was communicative, and clearly tried to think outside the box about the pest situation we were having by mentioning the deck might be hiding an entrance source for ants. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and thoroughness!
