Megan Ardion does a fantastic job! We have been going to her for years! CJ does a great job too! We went to her before she just went to extensions only. CJ recommended Megan and she has taken care of us every time with no complaints. We also get our products there too. I have started this review a couple times, and failed to finish because I didn’t feel like my words did my experience justice. I was lucky enough to land in CJ’s chair this week. From start to finish she made me feel so very welcome and at ease. This made me feel that ‘Shelter’ happened to be the most fitting, perfect name for them. She took the time to ask me all the questions regarding my hair wants/needs, and took the time to explain things to me. (So did her lovely assistant). I’ve never looked in the mirror at the end of a hair appointment and had my entire face light up. She is most definitely a hair artist/wizard. Can’t put into words how much I love my hair. My only regret is not finding her sooner. Look no further!

I cannot say enough great things about CJ and her entire crew at Shelter. They take great care to nurture and improve the health of your natural hair using gentle coloring techniques and the finest products while providing extremely natural looking color and extensions.

I’ve been going to Megan for years and she is the absolute best! She is incredibly talented as a hair stylist and a master of color! I love that I can sit in her chair, relax and let her work her magic! I have a lot of thick wavy hair and Megan tames those grays and tresses like only an artist can!! This is the best hair salon in town because everyone is very welcoming, professional, and fun to be around. Dakotah usually does my fun hair colors. She is very knowledgeable about the science of hair color and recommends the best plan for my hair and does a wonderful job each time. Whenever her schedule is full or tries to find me the best time, she would give me the best recommendation of another hairdresser in the saIon. Dakotah at Shelter Salon installed and takes care of my extensions and color. I have nothing but positive things to say about her. I was excited & nervous about getting extensions, and I wanted them for my wedding. I’m so glad I did it & I’m so glad I came here! Each time I go in to get my extensions lifted I see how much my natural hair has grown too and how healthy it appears. She is extremely talented and very passionate about her work. Dakota did a fantastic job! It had been 6mos since I had my hair done. I have thick, long and wavy hair. It is quite the task. She is patient and kind.
