Salon Brands is a family-owned full-service salon and retail store with six locations across the Midwest, offering a wide range of professional beauty products from popular brands like Matrix, Pureology, and Moroccanoil. The salon provides excellent services, including waxing, with friendly and respectful staff who are very helpful. Although some customers have expressed disappointment with the changes to the loyalty reward program, where points now expire after 90 days, many have had positive experiences and praise the salon's welcoming atmosphere and polite staff. Despite prices being a bit high, customers continue to return for the quality services and products offered.
They used to be excellent. They used to have tent sales at least twice a year but now it has dwindled to once a year. I have been a LONG TIME customer and they did away with the loyalty reward points not expiring. Now the loyalty points expire after 90 days. I don’t go through enough product in 3 months time and now I always lose my points. Wish they would change this back or go longer period before point expire!
My experience there has been all positive the girls there are extremely nice they treat everybody with respect and they also are very helpful. I got my eyebrows waxed I'm assuming she was the manager and she was very very good as well I just want to say My overall experience there has been great and I will continue using you the prices are a little high but that's okay everything is nowadaysService: Waxing
I was buying product at the West Street store. The person who helped me was very nice and tried to find the product I was in search of. The person at the cash register was also very polite. Overall a good experience.
