Called around 2pm to see when their soonest available appt. was for a haircut. Was able to get in same day at 5:30, and they were upfront about who I was seeing, her experience level, and price. Got in there, the place was bright, clean, organized and everyone was friendly. Got a nice neck/shoulder rub, wash, cut, and style and am very happy with my cut. Lauren did a great job and was nice to talk to.
