We had carpet replaced last week in our basement family room and bedroom, and we could not be happier. We got two confirmation calls ahead of time, and the crew arrived right on time. They finished a pretty big job (it also included a storage area under the stairs and an oddly shaped small room behind the fireplace) in about 6 1/2 hours, when I expected it would take a couple of days! They were friendly and professional, and went over the finished job with us before they left. I thought they were VERY reasonably priced, less than I had expected to have to pay (which was very welcome during the holiday season!) We had our carpet replaced in our living room, bedroom & closet and couldn’t be more happy with Pruitt Flooring. No surprises from the estimate, Celeste in scheduling & follow-up a day before scheduled day & the guys were all courteous & professional. Cleanup was great as well. Jared kept us updated from the time they picked up our carpet as to time of arrival & status through out the day. We asked them to make a change in our wood floor trim in the living room & that was done too very professionally. We would use them again in the future!
Very happy with installation. They were prompt to come. Did an excellent job. Cleaned up as they went and before they left. Crew was clean, no profanity, very polite, no smell of smoke. I am very pleased.
