After a bad experience with my previous stylist that I went to for years I finally made the decision to find a new one. I searched and searched and finally settled on Planet Hair. I have been going to them now for almost a year and I couldn’t be happier. My hair is healthy again and getting thicker. Eleanor is fantastic and I will NOT trade her for anyone else. I highly recommend this salon and would give it 100 stars if I could.
Stylist: Eleanor is the best. She brought me back to healthy hair and I couldn’t ask for a better stylist. She is fun to talk with answers my questions and genuinely wants my hair to look good.
I called Planet Hair on a Saturday morning with the off chance that they would have an opening that day. The lady on the phone was so sweet & got me in with Jordan but did inform me she is an apprentice. I decided to give her a chance but knowing the shape my hair was in, I went in with no expectations. I showed her a few inspo pics & hours later she NAILED it!!!!!!!! I have gone to some of the “best” salons in Chicago & Kansas City & no one has done such a spot on transformation!!! Thank you again Jordan for literally spending the day with me, ordering me lunch & giving me the best color & cut I have ever had!
This was my first time at planet hair, and it definitely did not disappoint. It’s a great atmosphere and Jordan did an amazing job! It was a lengthy coloring process but she really listened, she devoted her full attention to me the entire time I was there, and her work was meticulous. I love the color and can’t wait to visit again. Thank you!
