We usually frequent the west side but had to run errands on the east side so we booked there instead. This will be our go to location from here on out. We have used it a few times in the past but it’s been years. Thank you Luke! You made our little ones haircut experience so smooth, gave suggestions, & even styled his hair. Miss Kalia was so patient with our son for his first big boy haircut (he just turned 1). She did an incredible job and talked my husband, son, and I through every step. When he got tired the whole team distracted him with bubbles and attention. He felt like the coolest kid in the salon!

Bonita is a great hair stylist, super patient, and good with the kids. The setup is nice with toys and the playroom for waiting is stocked. The online booking is convenient but this place is constantly running behind. Be prepared to wait 15-30 mins past appointment time to begin the haircut.

We saw ms Chelsea for the first time today & she was SO GREAT with my 20 month old!! So quick & his haircut looked wonderful!! First time using clippers & she made it a breeze! Will definitely be coming back (:

Both stylists that cut my kids hair were amazing. My kids are on the spectrum, the stylists were so patient and kind during the whole process which I appreciated so much. My kids tend to cry the whole time and I truly did appreciate the stylists going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. You guys are godsends !

We had an amazing experience getting my daughter’s haircut at Pigtails & Crewcuts! From the moment we walked in, the staff made her feel so special and comfortable. The fun, kid-friendly atmosphere immediately put her at ease, and the cute chairs and toys were such a great touch.
Her stylist was incredibly sweet and patient, taking the time to talk to her, listen to what we wanted, and make sure everything looked just right. The haircut turned out absolutely adorable—neat, stylish, and exactly what we were hoping for.
They even made it feel like a little celebration, which was so fun for her. You can tell they truly love working with kids and care about making the experience positive.
We’ll definitely be back—this place is a gem for parents and kids alike. Five stars all the way!
