I had these guys do my entire basement and three bedrooms upstairs. They showed up on time, very polite and professional and personable. I was amazed at how clean my carpets were when they left. Pricing was very fair (think they should charge more) they really did a great job. I will call them every time from now on.

They were very professional, polite and fast in solving my problem. Needed a new transition strip for my carpet near the kitchen after a flood. Both the carpet and strip were damaged when they were pulled up by maintenance to dry the carpet out.
Perez Carpet Cleaning got the new strip in place, stretched my carpet so the transition was seamless with my kitchen and it's never looked better. I haven't had carpet looking this nice since I moved in. Would highly recommend.

Francisco and his team were great to work with. He was quick to call back when I inquired, quick to get me on his schedule and showed up when he said they would. A couple months ago, they tore out and installed 2 bedrooms + stair pads and carpet for us that we bought from Jabaras. The rooms feel SO fresh now, and they did a great job! I love supporting small businesses, and have already told a few friends to use them for future projects!
