The technician we worked with was Steve. He diagnosed our problem right away. It didn’t seem like a critical problem so I paid for the service call and thought we were done. I was later contacted by Tim and he wanted to have a technician drop by and do a treatment around the outside of the house at no additional charge. Following treatment the problem was resolved. We didn’t see any additional activity. Patton did a great job and I would recommend their services.
