Caleb was knowledgeable, polite and capable in explaining the process of examining our roof for hail damage, working with the insurance adjuster and describing the steps toward completion of the job from start to finish. He followed through on doing what he promised with regard to details to get the job done right.
New Image was fast and reliable in getting our roof and gutters replaced after the recent Hail Storm. Caleb was great in working with our insurance, walking through our desires for a few upgrades along the way, and followed up on everything from start to finish!
