Kathy did an outstanding job on my nail fill and toes! She was very patient, took her time, and made sure everything looked perfect. Her attention to detail and care really showed in the final results. My nails and toes came out beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Edit: The same day, they offered to fix my nails free of charge. They look much better now and I am very happy with them. The service the second time was really great as well. Natalie was a big help.
I've been here twice now, and both times the results were disappointing. I think some of the technician are really good, but since I usually get very simple nails, I don't get that treatment. Multiple times the filing was very rough, especially around my cuticles, and it even caused me to bleed while I was in the chair. The swatch that they show you didnt match the color at all. The undersides of my nails are all unfinished with leftover product. Staff is nice, they provide complimentary drinks, the environment is clean. I think it's very hit or miss here, and unfortunately I have yet to come out liking my nails despite coming here two times.

This was my third attempt with Mansion Nail on Maize rd. I have previously been here two other times. Their nail techs are fantastic! Zero complaints there. But this business is ran so poorly, no customer service. I made an appointment online. There was zero acknowledgement that I had any appointment and was told to sit down.Even after signing in, their booking software acknowledged my appointment. After 20 minutes of sitting there, I left. It was very clear that I would not be having my appointment time honored. Just wondering what the point is with offering appointments when they are not honored. Will not be going back!
