I've been getting my blonde highlights done at Magic Mirror for some time now, and every time, my hair looks absolutely amazing. My stylist, Jasmine is a true artist when it comes to hair coloring. They listen carefully to what I want, offer excellent advice, and execute the highlights perfectly. I just want to start off by saying the woman Cindy who cut my hair was so kind and very personal. Unfortunately, my hair cut turned out horribly. They did get me in last minute which I was very grateful for. I asked for only 2 inches off and she cut about 4 inches. I asked for lots of layers at different lengths and for face framing as well as a V shape to my hair. She didnt wet my hair or separate properly and she handled it like she was unsure of what to do. The owner came around and asked if she was "okay" multiple times and seemed worried but told her good job. The only layers I have lay one inch above the bottom of my hair and the "framing" is totally unnoticeable it blends into my the rest of my hair still. I was charged $50 for the hair cut and ofcourse I still tipped. Im very disappointed in my hair and the experience I had at this salon. I didnt speak up in the store because I do have social anxiety but my hair looks so bad any good hairstylist would see the errors and even just a normal person. I dont get to have my hair done often so it was very discouraging having this experience.

Went in for a quick haircut and left looking better than ever! Not only did I get a relaxing experience from the shampooing, but also got some great conversation from the staff. Very friendly environment and I will definitely be going again! My stylists name was Emily and her bubbly personality definitely made me want to have a second glass of wine and talk for hours (they give wine with each of their services ??). Their nail tech has a very sharp eye for his trade, and I might even go back in for a manicure very soon. The environment is quite modern, and yet has a "homey" feeling to it. If I could give 6 stars I would, and I definitely will be coming back again and booking with Ms. Emily for her amazing services and deals!
