Super long wait time with no communication from staff. After an hour and a half I asked for an update on how much longer and was told we would be next, then proceeded to wait another hour and a half. Finally got called back and waited another 45 minutes for the doctor. We were there for almost 4 hours, no apologies for the wait, no communication, won’t be back.

Went here for an appointment and the first time I went I had a bad experience but I gave the benefit of the doubt and came again. Boy was I wrong, first the whole lobby was full come to find out everyone in the lobby had been there for 3 hours and had not been serviced. When I go to check in they tell me it’s going to be $300 before the appointment? Excuse me? What? I pay and I go sit down and everyone else leaves. Ig the doctor decided to finally show up and he called me back. He then made me wait in a room for 2 hours just to come in and tell me I could leave. BUT HERES THE KICKER he tells me to come back when I’m in the lobby trying to leave, HE DIDNT EVEN LOOK OVER MY CHART BEFORE COMING INTO THE ROOM BECAUSE HE DIDNT SEE I HAD A HOLE IN MY HEART?! He seriously called me back and said “ oh I didn’t see you had a hole in your heart so we should get an ultrasound” this dude seriously made me wait another hour for my ultrasound then said I could go. Worst experience ever. Fast forward to today I found out I was billed twice for the appointment! Horrible horrible establishment

Dr. Mo is so nice and made my daughter feel comfortable right away. He is knowledgeable and very thorough. His staff is very friendly as well.

Is a 2.5 3 hour wait normal for here we got here at 10:40 appointment at 11:00 it’s now 1:05 pm and we are still waiting…. Edit we ended up leaving we will not be returning z oh. It’s also a great place that entertain your children with horror movies..

I’ve went there since I was a lil girl, never felt like there was anything that needed changed. I love my doctor he is kind and gentle every step of the way! The only thing I would change is the wait time to go back and see the doctor otherwise 5 star review!!!

We love Dr. Mo and the staff. My son has cerebral palsy, and a complex heart condition, Dr. Mo takes his time and is very patient with my son who doesn't fully understand that he has to hold still for some of the procedures. I appreciate the time he takes with his patients! I know it's going to take a while because he gives everyone the same thorough care. I'm a little surprised at the Comments that are upset about an hour wait; considering this is your child's health (and my child) I would expect more patience and understanding. You are going to get the best care for your kiddos needs. Pack a snack, toy or tablet, and take a deep breath, you're not the only person he sees. =)

This was the worst service I have seen at a doctor's office. Appt was at 12 we arrived at 11:45am nobody was at the front desk or waiting room. It took at least 15 min for someone to check us in then another 30 min before we went in back. My son had a 15 min heart check then we were moved to another room. It was 1:30pm we haven't had lunch and completely tired of the nonsense. We left to find more timely care for our children. I have gone and had nuclear imaging and stress tests that went quicker than that. To many kids working there.
