Jay has done top notch work for 3 different projects. Each time was professional and done in a timely manner. What we thought was a disaster turned out to be less and Jay did excellent and was very reasonable. We will use JL whenever the need arises. Have to add, each time we had an issue it has been the weekend. To be able to call and schedule is truly good business.
Water started dripping into basement bedroom closet! Jay came out on a Saturday morning; drained the water out and identified the leak source as water supply line to laundry room next to kitchen. He replaced the supply lines to washer. Once things dry out, he will get the hole patched up. Very reasonable & efficient. Thank you!
Jay was amazing! Called Friday night at about 9:00 pm because my toilet wouldn't stop running and I couldn't use the shut off valve because it wasn't working either. I told him I would be okay overnight and he offered to come Saturday morning to fix my toilet. Before he got here, I found out my other toilet downstairs was also not working properly and leaking from the shut off valve. Jay took it in stride and fixed both toilets for me at an extremely reasonable price. He didn't try to upsell me and even told me about being able to repair the upstairs toilet if the tank bolts started leaking so that I wouldn't have to buy a whole new toilet.
