I visited this JC Penney in Towne East Mall last Saturday. Found a couple cute sweaters. As I was checking out I remembered an ancient gift card for JC Penney that had been riding around in my wallet for years. I pulled it out to try to use it. Gracie, who was checking me out, let me know it was deactivated which wasn't at all surprising to me. But she went on to say that she could check the balance and give me a new one. I was so impressed. The whole thing took at least 10 minutes but she did not act perturbed or mad or anything. She kept going even when I told her that she didn't need to follow through. I love JCPenney! Always great prices, and especially if you have a JCPenney credit card. Then you almost always get extra discounts. I shopped just before Christmas and most everything was like 50% off, if not a little more, especially with my credit card.
And the things I bought for the family, they all loved what they got! Some even went back to JCPenney to shop some more.
Recently shopped at JCPENNY'S and was impressed with Lolita during check out. She was quick, efficient and was truly there to help her customers have a great experience. She took time to help us with our coupons and answers some questions. She's humble and kind and knows how to take care of business. We left very pleased and happy that we stopped in. Will be back again soon.
