Do not retain this company. I paid them $4,500 13 months ago and after very little communication, the only accomplishment was a non collectible status. After paying over six figures to the IRS, the fines fees interest and penalties over the last year have me now in worse shape than when I first contacted them. Their last communication was to suggest I declare bankruptcy. All tax advisor companies are basically a scam, but if you are dead set on just giving your money away and getting nothing accomplished, I would highly suggest retaining this company.
