My older Hunter Douglas Luminette shade bracket broke. The store had a bracket and gave it to me for free. I feel lucky they still had the brackets at the store and we changesd it out all in 24 hours it was back working.

We absolutely love our new motorized silhouettes, faux woods & blackout duette honeycomb blinds in our new home! I had shopped in Jackie & Bills showroom to see what was available & what I liked. Then Zana came to my home with samples & explained in detail advantages of the products I was considering, and gave recommendations. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
